Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders that meet or exceed $75. This means that if your order total reaches $75 or more (before any applicable taxes or discounts), you will qualify for free standard shipping.


When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process it as quickly as possible.Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor its progress.


Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally however we do hope to be able to offer this soon!


Do you ship to military APOs?

Yes, we are proud to ship to military APOs (Army Post Office). We understand the importance of ensuring our service members and families can receive our products no matter where they are stationed. When placing your order, please provide the necessary APO address details, including the appropriate APO, FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) designation.


What carriers do you ship with?

We work with Amazon Logistics, USPS, and UPS to deliver our products to you. We choose the best option of those three based on the shipping address you provide.


Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate all requests as best we can. Once an order is placed, we work diligently to ensure it gets shipped as quickly as possible. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We apologize if your item arrived in a damaged condition. Our goal is to securely package every product for a safe journey to your doorstep. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at hello@blurlaundry.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide us with your order number, a description of the damage, and any accompanying photos if possible. We'll promptly assist you in finding the best solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or any necessary steps to resolve the issue.


What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our powdered products, we do not accept returns. All sales of our Laundry Detergent Powder are final.

For optimal results, we recommend using 1/2 scoop of our Laundry Detergent Powder for normal-sized loads. Does it work for all washing machines?

What type of packaging do you use?

Our packaging is made from post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials, specifically PCR films. These films are created by converting recyclable plastics, such as milk jugs or plastic water bottles, into usable resins.


Does each bag come with a scoop?

Yes! Each bag comes with a scoop included inside of our packaging.



Where are your products made?

Our Laundry Detergent Powder and its packaging are proudly made in the United States. We prioritize the quality and authenticity of our products, and manufacturing them domestically aligns with our commitment to supporting local industries and ensuring product excellence.


Where are your ingredients sourced?

Our mineral-based powder ingredients are ethically-sourced and mined in the United States, with most being derived specifically from the Green River Basin, Wyoming. This location is home to the one of the largest deposits of Trona, a water-soluble mineral that can be processed into soda ash. From there, soda ash is combined with the necessary components to create ingredients like Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Sodium Carbonate Peroxide. Our essential oils are sourced globally.
