At Blur Laundry, we're committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, we’re here to ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@blurlaundry.com . We’ll be happy to evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to sustainability, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any items. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your first-time order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Refunds

If an item arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake with your order, we are happy to offer a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@blurlaundry.com to initiate the process. Once approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method, minus a small processing fee to help sustain our small business. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. For orders over $75, refunds may be subject to additional review.
